Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by KLS Inovations DBA Camper Care ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, requesting an estimate, or scheduling work with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

We provide mobile RV and camper repair - including roof rebuilding, slide-outs and slide-out floors, body work, air conditioning, interior plumbing, furnaces and heating, brakes, electrical, refrigerators, and winterizing - along with in-shop repair at our Roscoe, South Dakota location, serving a 100-mile radius around Roscoe, SD. We handle plumbing inside your RV; we do not service underbelly or underneath plumbing. Service availability may vary by location, rig type, and scheduling capacity.

Estimates and Scheduling

Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Pricing may change if the scope of work, parts availability, or on-site conditions differ from what was described at the time of the estimate.

Scheduling is subject to availability. The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal and reasonable access to the RV, including adequate working space, clearance, and, where applicable, power and site permission. Major repairs such as roof rebuilds, slide-out floors, and large body work may need to come into our shop.

Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to reserve a service date and to order parts. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, electronic transfer, cash, and check where offered. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection and reasonable related costs.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on repair labor as offered and stated on your invoice or written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials pass through to the customer and are administered by the manufacturer under their terms.

Warranty coverage excludes customer-supplied parts, pre-existing conditions, damage caused by misuse, accident, weather, rodents, unauthorized modification, or work performed by others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost income, or travel or lodging expenses.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, request services, or enroll in our SMS messaging program. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under 18.

SMS/Text Messaging

We operate two separate text messaging programs. By providing your phone number and checking the applicable box, you may consent to service-related messages (appointment reminders, estimates, service updates, and invoices) and, separately, to promotional messages (special offers and seasonal service reminders). Consent to promotional messages is collected independently and is never required to receive service messages or to purchase our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
